Presence Eye to Eye
The end time generation will only be satisfied by the presence of God. Our heart yearns to be exhilarated and captivated by our Bridegroom King in face to face encounter. This passionate pursuit of His presence is the centerpiece of our Christian life. Narrow is the way that leads to Life and with great joy we set our course to travel it.
Passion
Our Passion is Psalm 27:4, “One thing I ask of the Lord, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek Him in His temple."
Worship is first and foremost an encounter with the living and holy God. A true worship experience is often a direct result of preparation of one’s heart. Worship is bringing the best we have to Christ. Genuine worship results in submission and obedience to Jesus. Everything done in corporate worship must be beneficial to the worshipers. This principle touches every aspect—singing, preaching, and the exercise of spiritual gifts. Those contributing to a worship service (singers, speakers, readers) must have love as their chief motivation, speaking useful words or participating in a way that will strengthen the faith of other believers.
Music
We believe music can be an expression of worship and are praying for skilled musicians and singers to fill the House of Prayer. Music plays an important part in worship and celebration. Singing is an expression of love and thanks, and in the past was a creative way to pass down oral traditions. Psalms and hymns can be great ways to express relief, praise, and thanks when you have been through trouble. Music can help us focus our attention on God. David instituted music for the temple worship services (1 Chronicles 25). Music and worship go hand in hand. Worship should involve the whole person, and music helps lift a person’s thoughts and emotions to God. Through music we can reflect upon our needs and shortcomings as well as celebrate God’s greatness.
Jesus' Return
We believe in and are praying for revelation concerning the literal Second Coming of Christ. At the end of the age Jesus will return to the earth personally and visibly to consummate His Kingdom. We believe that the Bible is to be taken literally unless it specifically says that it is symbolic. We hold to the Apostolic Pre-Millennial position of End Time events and understand that the study of the Second Coming is really about the display of Jesus’ glory to the entire Earth and the defeat of His enemies. [Psalms 2:7-9 and 22:27-28; 1 Corinthians 15:20-28, 50-58; Philippians 3:20-21; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-5:11; 2 Thessalonians 1:3-12; Revelation 7:9-14]
Israel
The Lord promised to establish Houses of Prayer throughout the nations that will pray for Israel in the End-times (Isaiah 56:7, 62:6-7) and we desire to partner in this mandate. We believe the full release of the Great Harvest in the nations is deeply linked to the visitation of the Spirit to Israel (Ezekiel 36:23-36).
Nations
We are praying for every nation to come to the knowledge of Jesus as Sovereign Lord.
Isaiah 56:6-8, “And foreigners who bind themselves to the Lord to serve him, to love the name of the Lord, and to worship him, all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it and who hold fast to my covenant— these I will bring to my holy mountain and give them joy in my house of prayer. Their offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.” The Sovereign Lord declares— he who gathers the exiles of Israel: “I will gather still others to them besides those already gathered.”
Harvest
We believe in and are praying for a great end-time harvest of souls and the emergence of a victorious Church that will experience an unprecedented unity, purity and power in the Holy Spirit. [John 14:12 and 17:20-26; Romans 11:25-32; Ephesians 4:11-16]
